When creating Zoology the idea was to take the learning engrams to craft items and equip them to the animals of the ARK. You will be able to increase how much you pet can carry and train your pets to hunt. You will also be able to gain additional bonuses for your pets as you learn more about Zoology. Study the creatures that roam around in the world, and from that Knowledge you gained, you will then use that to live a much better life in your world. This will also add a extra gaming experience in the game. This mod changes how the creature acts and behaves around players and other dinosaurs.
